not make any warranties, including, without limitation, warranties
of fitness for a particular purpose, as well as warranties of

respect to the Resources, the Products or the Service provided or
offered here.
Neither we nor any of our dealers, associates, agents and licensors
shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or
consequential loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever in
connection with the Service, even if advised on the possibility of
such damages.
In no case shall our liability, as well as the liability of our
dealers, associates, agents and licensors, if any, arising out of
any kind of legal claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) in
any way connected with the Service, the Resources, or the Products,
exceed the total dollar amount you paid us or our dealers,
associates, agents and licensors.
By using the Service you assume full responsibility for the use of
all Resources and Products. You assume full responsibility for
adherence to any and all applicable laws and regulations, including
federal, state and local, governing professional licensing,
advertising, business practices, and all other aspects of doing
business in the United States or any other jurisdiction. Any
Resources and Products are void where prohibited by law.
Privacy Statement
For each visit to our website, our web server automatically
recognizes only the visitor's IP address, but not the e-mail
address, unless the visitor volunteers their e-mail address to us by
submitting the information via the web form.
We electronically collect the e-mail addresses of those who post
messages to our discussion forums, of those who complete online web
forms, of those who communicate with us via e-mail, of those who
make postings to our chat areas.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our
website, to notify users about updates to our website and for
marketing purposes that target to users' specific needs.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please
let us know by sending an email to us at corporate@findyourwhy.com

you do not want to receive e-mails from our company. We will then,
to the best of our abilities, remove your e-mail address from our

We do not share or rent our email or mailing list information with
other companies or marketers. If you supply us with your postal
address on-line, you may receive periodic mailings from us with
information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you
do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending
email to us at the abovementioned address or writing to us at the
abovementioned address.
Refunds
DDG products
limited to CDs, DVDs and Manuals have a Six (6) Month Money Back
Guarantee unless the products are offered as part of a package
and/or membership. Any products that are returned for a refund must
be in the original condition. If the products are sold as part of a
package and/or membership, then the products are nonrefundable. DDG
will replace damaged products. Network Marketing Academy
Memberships, Motivational Club Memberships, Coaching Sessions with
John Di Lemme and/or a DDG Coach, Group Coaching Sessions with John
Di Lemme and Boot Camp Tickets are nonrefundable. Boot Camp Tickets
are redeemable for three (3) years after the original purchase and
may be used for any Boot Camp hosted by DDG. Dates of Boot Camps
are subject to change at any time without notice from DDG. Such
notices will be posted on the DDG website and/or will be emailed to
the buyer. Shipping/Handling on all orders is nonrefundable. The
Client is responsible for all Shipping/Handling on any returned
products and/or materials. DDG will not reimburse the Client for
these fees.
